Excellent Service and Communication! Super happy with the customer service I received for my GMC Denali Truck. Great communication throughout the whole process. Was not in Love with my truck because it was dirty and needed TLC. Makoa inspected my vehicle and gave me options that could fit my budget and what I wanted to accomplish. My vehicle looked like the new when I first bought it, couldn’t be happier to feel good while driving! The feeling I got was worth every penny. The ceramic coating looks great! My vehicle looks great and is protected from getting dirty so quickly. Washed my car after service and it made it so quick and easy with the Ceramic Coating. Water beads off and dirt is cleaned with ease. He even removed my “DENALI” trim lettering so I could put on a new one that I had previously purchased. 10/10 recommend Platinum Detailing Services for your Hilo detailing needs! Will definitely be a returning customer with their monthly maintenance plan to keep it looking great all the time! Mahalo mahalo mahalo!!!

I am extremely happy with their service. I had mobile service at my home with exterior detail, leather seat conditioning and ceramic coating. My car has never looked better!! Makoa and crew are professional, courteous, timely and thorough. The car looks so good I immediately scheduled an appointment to have our second vehicle done. I highly recommend Platinum Detailing Services. They are terrific.

Absolutely blown away by the level of detail from Platinum Detailing Services. I’ve had my truck detailed before, but this was on a completely different level. Every inch of the vehicle was dialed in… paint, trim, wheels, interior… all of it. The kind of work where you keep noticing new things they cleaned or restored hours later. The exterior looked better than when I first got the truck. Deep, clean shine without that greasy look some places leave behind. They took their time on the small stuff too… around the door handles, trim lines, wheel wells… areas most shops rush through or ignore. Interior was just as impressive. Seats, dash, carpets… everything looked reset. No dust, no streaks, no missed spots. It actually felt like getting into a new truck again. What really stood out though was the care. This wasn’t a quick in-and-out job… you can tell they take pride in the work and treat the vehicle like it’s their own. If you actually care about your vehicle and want it done right, this is the place. Easily one of the best detailing experiences I’ve had. Will 100% be coming back.

I wanted to add extra protection to my car and Makoa did just that! A ceramic coating was applied and he also did another protective coating at no expense to me. I am so happy with the results and care that he took to meet every expectation. Truly impressed! Thank you!

This place truly made my day. Even though they were very busy, they still found time to help me. My van is too tall for a regular car wash, and I had an early trip the next morning, so waiting was not an option. Makoa was incredibly polite, friendly, and helpful. He’s a great guy, and I’m very grateful for his help. I highly recommend this car wash to anyone looking for great service.
